Although well educated and very well experienced in this field, Gretchen prides herself in her ability to accommodate each client on an individual basis. It is important to understand that not every persons needs are the same and Gretchen certainly puts her clients’ financial goals and limitations at the forefront of every scenario. The current economic climate has created much uncertainty and Gretchen’s attention to detail, coupled with her ability to walk her clients through the transaction process, has allowed her to be a continued success. A lifelong East Bay resident, Gretchen joined Alameda Mortgage Corporation in 2008 after 6 successful years in the lending industry. Gretchen believes that it isn’t just the individual that can succeed as a loan officer.
