Paperwork Needed

To apply for a loan, you will have to provide a detailed documentation of your financial history. Fannie Mae requires us to request a credit report from a credit agency and verify the information provided in your loan application. Please be prepared to provide:

  • Most recent 30 days pay stubs for all borrowers indicating year-to-date income
  • Most recent 2 months asset statements such as retirement accounts, stocks, bonds, 401ks, savings, and checking accounts.  Note:  We will need ALL PAGES, even if they are numbered blanks.
  • Most recent 2 years W-2 forms
  • Most recent 2 years tax returns (personal and corporate) for Self-Employed Applicants
  • The name, phone number, and address of someone who can verify your employment
  • Residence history for the past two years
  • Sales contract for the purchase of a new home
  • Homeowner’s association information with contact information if property is a condo or part of a homeowner’s association
  • Our AMC DISCLOSURE FORMS SET (Credit Authorization, Appraisal Authorization, Legal Disclosures…signed and dated, please)
