FHA Case Number Transfer Request

To request the transfer of an FHA case number, please submit your request via email to Compliance@AlamedaMortgage.com. Include the following information in your email:

• Your borrower’s name(s)
• Subject property address
• FHA Case number
• The new Lender’s FHA ID number
• If the requestor is does not have an FHA ID number, include your EIN
• Indicate whether the appraisal is to be transferred
